Located in Suffolk, Seckford’s purpose-built headquarters provides temperature and humidity-controlled bonded warehouses, with precisely controlled handling and distribution processes. Every bottle is preserved in optimal conditions, ensuring quality remains uncompromised.
They manage an extensive portfolio of thousands of wines, all supported with a unique set of comprehensive data. Operating as a professional and dedicated team, efficiency was key to maximising resources. The primary challenge presented to us on this project was achieving the perfect balance between delivering high-quality, high-performance solutions with new functionality and features, whilst staying simple and low maintenance.
To ensure we met Seckford’s client and user expectations, we focused on creating a fully intuitive E-Commerce platform that enhanced all types of users' experience. Improved stock visibility and optimised manual processes – all fully integrated into their ERP solution.
