Who we are

De Facto Software is a successful, privately owned company founded in 1989. We serve an expanding base of predominantly UK-based SMEs including manufacturers, distributors and traders across a diverse range of industries.

De Facto is not a software reseller and is dedicated to the development and implementation of innovative software solutions geared towards our customers' marketplaces and activities.

Our heritage

We offer a full range of products and services to help your business excel. Our innovative software provides a feature-rich solution for managing multiple aspects of your business, whatever its size or industry.

Our founders have been in the software business since the dawn of desktop computing. They launched De Facto ERP Classic in the early 2000s and over the last 20+ years we have worked with hundreds of companies, many of which are still with us today.

Our latest solution, De Facto EDP ERP builds on this foundation and provides a cloud-based, extensible, future-proof platform to manage your business.
