Apprenticeships at De Facto Software

Kick-start your career in the best way possible by completing an apprenticeship at De Facto Software. We offer apprentice roles in a variety of business functions, including web development, ERP development/support, project management and business intelligence reporting.

We’ll be there to help you every step of the way as you work towards your qualification. From the outset, you’ll be appointed a mentor who will guide your learning and set you tasks to help you meet your goals.

Completing an apprenticeship at De Facto Software equips you with a recognised qualification, transferable skills and real-world experience to get your career off to a flying start. Once you’ve completed your qualification, is it very likely that you will be offered a permanent role at the company.

Core Web Application MS TSQL, C#.net, Vanilla Javascript, Typescript ASP.net
Application Configuration MS TSQL, Database Design
QA Automation Python3, MS TSQL, Selenium, Robot Framework
MIS BI Services TSQL, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI
Core and Application QA requires manual testing experience of sophisticated business systems and development frameworks
Support Team requires ERP, Accounting Business systems experience
Implementation Team requires ERP, Accounting Business systems experience and Project Management.
New Business Development requires direct and channel development experience of ERP solutions (or similar) and/or Systems development tools.

Based in our modern offices in Ipswich, Suffolk (just north of Colchester, Essex), we provide ERP solutions and Ecommerce websites to a large variety of SMEs in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
