De Facto® Sales Ledger Software allows the recording of all customer information and defines how you, as an organisation, work with your customer.

This record includes, for example, all addresses and contact information. Further options can control the handling of that customer's account from a financial, credit control, distribution, pricing, manufacturing and marketing perspective.
 

Quick access to customer trading history

The customer record also provides instant access to the history of not only their financial transactions, including credit control, but also their product and trading history.
 

Speed up sales order entry

Integration with the Distribution and Manufacturing suite will give the ability to define a template sales order to speed up telephone sales data entry or to define the customer’s internal product code, mapping to your own, for use with EDI orders.
 

Strengthen credit control and reduce risk

The Sales Ledger offers powerful credit control functionality to reduce risk by automatically 'holding' relevant Sales Orders and to assist you to chase late payers, for example by emailing auto generated reminder letters.
 

Work efficiently, save time and reduce errors

For efficient working, pre-configured wizards can be created to enable accurate set up of new customer records. Fast entry fields are also defined to speed up transaction entry in repetitive tasks such as posting receipts. Invoices, reminder letters and statements can be quickly generated for emailing to customers.

 

Increase accuracy and decrease time spent

On top of standard Sales Ledger functions, additional facilities are provided to handle direct debits, online credit card processing (OLP), credit groups, payments groups, and flexible customer debit note allocation. These are all facilities that enable increased accuracy and a significant decrease in time spent.
 

Report comprehensively and incisively

Current and historic sales and receipt information is accessed through the Sales Ledger and detailed multi-currency debtors reports are produced to assist in managing cash flow.
