Dedicated Financial Reporting
Dedicated financial reporting allows user definable analysis and provides for flexible and intelligent formatting of reports without the need for spread-sheets. Financial reports include Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and can be specifically designed.
Financial reports can be generated as summary or detail. Multi column details can be built around horizontal or vertical headings. Reports can include actual, budget and comparative reporting with key ratio and variance analysis. Reports can use a multitude of calculation facilities such as cost apportionment.
Comprehensive Standard Reports
Comprehensive standard reports can be run for specific periods or transactions and include: Audit lists, Trial balance, Selective transactions, Exchange rate audit, Contract commitments, VAT returns, VAT transactions and Budget transfers. Reports can optionally include un-posted values to enable accounting entries to be checked in advance.
Business Intelligence (BI+)
Nominal ledger reporting is also available from the De Facto® Business Intelligence module. This utilises the power of SQL Server analysis and reporting services to produce reports from both the database and On Line Analytical Processing cubes. The OLAP cubes provide instant analysis based on a multi-dimensional model so provide instant answers.
Reports can be on demand or automatically distributed based on pre-determined schedules or triggered via the database to be run as alerts when required.
Reports can analyse historical as well as a variety of budget and forecast data, dimensions can be configured for any data. All data can also easily be accessed via Microsoft Office directly, or exported to Microsoft Office from within De Facto Vistas or BI+ reports.
