 Major UK Contract Cleaning Company chooses de Facto S5.

Lightbridge Support Services (formally known as LRS) have chosen the de Facto S5 ERP solution to power their business operations. Lightbridge Support Services are a large contract cleaning company who specialise in cleaning BT telephone boxes and similar structures, and are providers of the Ambulance 'Make Ready' service in the UK. The company is based in Penarth, Wales.

The Ambulance 'Mark Ready' service consists of preparing front line A & E vehicles for use, thus minimising crew down time and clinical risk for the trust. Each vehicle is clinically cleaned every night, medical equipment is checked / tested and recorded for asset tracking purposes. Consumables are repacked and minor engineering repairs such as light bulbs are replaced. Vehicles are moved to the correct stations for duty and the daily allocation system up-dated with vehicle locations and call signs allocated, ensuring the ambulance is ready for deployment to the patient immediately.

Maintaining BT payphones

The implementation of de Facto S5 consists of the core Financials and Logistics suites and the Job Costing module. It will see significant enhancements to the Job Costing module, one of which will facilitate Lightbridge Support Services desired method of producing Sales Invoices directly from Jobs, without the need for Sales Order Processing.
