Facto Software Terms :
De Facto Software will only deal with agencies on
our own terms, which are summarised below. These are terms
that we have established with the regular agencies we use.
These terms are non negotiable.
If you wish to put any candidates forward then please confirm
by Email your
acceptance of these terms.
Placement costs
1. Flat fee of 10% of salary (excluding bonus, commission,
etc)
2. If employment is terminated within 5 weeks 100% Credit
3. If employment is terminated within 10 weeks 50% Refund
All invoices to be submitted with a date as per candidates
start date
Payment terms are e/o month following the date of invoice.
Please note these terms are always adhered to.
Top up fee (for commission or bonus earners)
1. 1st year earnings - A further 20% of any increase
in earnings over and above the initial salary.
2. We will advise you of the figure within 7 days of the anniversary
and pay the invoice within 7 days of receipt. Please note these
terms are always adhered to.
